Central Warehouse

Central Warehouse purchases, stores and distributes canned, dry and frozen foods, as well as housekeeping items. Items are shipped by truck once a month, but more frequent deliveries are arranged when necessary.

All food purchases are made through competitive bidding and term contracts. Specifications for food products meet U.S. Standards of Identity and Quality, as well as federal, military and industry recognized standards. Most specifications are registered with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
