The Multi-Agency Community Services Information System (MACSIS) is an automated payment and management information system for mental health services. It is a collaborative effort of ODMH, the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services and community boards. The combined ODMH/ODADAS outpatient payment information system compiles behavioral health care services for both Medicaid paid and non-Medicaid paid services.
